Meet The Team
Jenni Schlosberg is the founder and CEO of Amerind Sage. She has 20 plus years of financial services experience and Business Development success. She is a proud resident in Choctaw Nation and works tirelessly to help her Native brothers and sisters set and achieve their goals in business. She has a passion for helping start-up companies establish a business profile and become fundable for growth and expansion. Jenni has developed a network of professionals who seek to engage and assist others in having an impact on their towns, communities, families and culture. She owns a small farm in rural Oklahoma, and is a proud mother and grandmother with a passion for agriculture and food security.
Pace Ellsworth is the CTO of Amerind Sage, a foundational futurist, and a luminary in technological transformation. Collaborating with industry leaders, Pace has been instrumental in revolutionizing marketing, logistics, and real estate with AI-driven solutions. From a long history of teaching code, building trading bots, planning enterprise apps, and guiding digital preservation initiatives around the world, Pace Ellsworth stands as a beacon of progress in the technological arena. Pace brings peace of mind to any business through the power of automation and digital transformation.
Buddy Thornton is the newly appointed Director of Education for Amerind Preparatory School, a division of Amerind Sage. Besides his doctorate at Grand Canyon University, Buddy has lived a noteworthy life and compiled an impressive resume. Buddy is a Vietnam-era veteran who served as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy (1972-1976). He earned his BS in Allied Health Sciences from UW-Milwaukee (1984), certifications in Mediation and Paralegal Studies from Lakewood College (2012), a certificate in Life Coaching from UDEMY (2014-recertification-2019), and his MA in Human Services Counseling and Executive Leadership from Liberty University (2014). Buddy added a certified trainer competency for the Center for Teaching Effectiveness in November 2018. He is a member of the Maricopa County Association of Family Mediators (2012-present) (mcafm.org), a past Ethics Co-chair for MCAFM (2013-2014), and a past President of the Doctoral Learners Cohort at GCU (2017-2018). Buddy owns BCT Mediations PLUS (October 2011 to present) and is co-owner and course creator for Life and Legacy Academy (2022 to present). Buddy is also COO of the Brokenness to Healing Foundation, a non-profit working with disadvantaged youth through after-school mentoring programs, and serves as an advisory board member for multiple domestic companies. Buddy is the creative mind behind the Slippery Slope series of educational books, most notably Book III, The Optimal Journey to Oneself-Teen and Young Adult Edition, and Book IV, The Optimal Journey to Oneself-Parent-Teacher-Caregiver Edition, international best-selling parenting books. Buddy brands as “The Positive Social Change Agent Pro” and received the Taking Center Stage Writers Journey Educational Writers award for 2022.
Robert Thornton is a newly acquired Consultant, Team Lead, and Grant Writer for Amerind Sage, as well as the new Lead Logistics Coordinator for our division, Amerind Equip. Robert started out taking courses in CompTIA/Network Administration at Long Technical College (2002) which led to being IT Manager at Best Courier Team, while he learned the logistics side of the courier industry (2003 to 2009). Transitioned from IT Manager at Best Courier Team to Logistics Manager at Courier Logistics Specialists (2009 to 2014). Furthering education in Applied Science Information Technology/Computer Programming at Grand Canyon University (2018-2019). Finally ending at Jiffy Lube as a General Manager (2018 – Present) to advance in the automotive industry. Took the Grant Writing 101 course from YoungWritersFoundation.org to become certified in grant writing (2023).
Randy Blake Jr.
Randy “Boom Boom” Blake Jr is a renowned martial artist and author with a remarkable track record in the world of combat sports. With an impressive record of 52 wins and only 7 losses, including an astounding 35 victories by knockout, he has earned his place as a true martial arts legend. As a 5-time I.S.K.A World Champion, Randy has consistently proven his prowess in the martial arts arena. In 2023, he was honored with induction into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame, a testament to his exceptional contributions to the martial arts community.

In 2017, Randy was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame, solidifying his status as a martial arts luminary. Throughout his career, Randy has competed in major leagues, including Chuck Norris’ World Combat League (WCL), where he showcased his exceptional skills. He is also a veteran of K-1 and GLORY, two of the most prestigious kickboxing organizations in the world.
Beyond his accomplishments in the ring, Randy is a multifaceted talent. He is a best-selling author, with his book BOOM: A True Story Of Perseverance, Mental Toughness, And Overcoming Adversity earning the distinction of Amazon #1 Best-Seller and International Best-Seller. In 2022, he was honored as the New Martial Arts Author of the Year, an award that recognizes his literary prowess.

Additionally, Randy is a certified Goals Success Life Coach, helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve their dreams.
With over 30 years of martial arts experience and 17 years of competitive fighting under his belt, Randy has honed his skills to perfection. He holds a 5th-degree Black Belt in Karate, a testament to his mastery of the martial arts. In the world of martial arts, Randy “Boom Boom” Blake Jr is not just a fighter; he is a true icon, an author, a speaker, and a coach dedicated to empowering others to achieve their goals.
Gina is the CFO for Amerind Sage, Amerind Prep and Amerind Equip. She has been a Non-Profit/Government Accountant for the past 35 years. The past 20 years has been as a Director of Finance in 4 Non-Profits and CFO for government sector. Gina specializes in Cost Accounting, Grant Writing, and implementing contract compliance for auditing purposes for companies of 12M to 120M. Gina is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her cheerful outlook and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is a native of Southern California and lives in the town that she was born and proud of her large family of cousins and friends to spend time with. Gina’s favorite saying is: “I am blessed to love my work with analyzing costs my entire life no matter how many hours it takes to get the job done. I’ll never stop counting!”.
Joseph B. Cusolito
Joseph’s career has covered a landscape of diverse and rewarding specialties. With some thirty years of experience working in banking, financial services, capital markets and commercial lending, he has had the opportunity of engaging with professionals and clients from various industries.
Long captivated by numbers and analytics, Joseph obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from California State University, Long Beach where he tutored economics. During his time in college, he had the privilege of interning in the Economic Research group at McDonnell-Douglas Aircraft Company. There he worked among some of the industry’s most learned and traveled senior economists. At UCLA, he earned additional accounting units and is currently a registered CPA Candidate with the State of California. I am also a former registered securities representative, having possessed FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Joseph was born and raised in Southern California. His appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit drove him to create a photographic retail wall calendar of local interest to my home town. His personal interests include practicing music, motorcycling and hiking. He is also an avid football fan and animal lover.

Steve Hargis is an avid curator of Biota and Regenerative Farming Practices on the 90 acre, Elk Creek. R&D Farms, located in Checotah, Oklahoma. He is currently experimenting with biological and cover crops as well as water conservation technologies. Mr. Hargis is Working diligently to bring effective, profitable industrial hemp farming and processing to Oklahoma.
Mr. Hargis’ experience includes coordination and consultation on a $500,000, fifteen acre CBD/Hemp operation in northeastern Oklahoma. Together with Jenni Schlosberg, Mr. Hargis worked with the well known business attorney, Dr. LV Watkins to establish the Veteran’s Energizing America project aimed at teaching regenerative farming SOPs to Veterans.
Steve Hargis proudly served in the Oklahoma National Guard, has a Strong background in agriculture, as well as industrial manufacturing and construction services. He widely known as a Factory System’s Start-up Supervisor, having worked with top engineers worldwide. Mr. Hargis diligently assisted Dr. Watkins on a variety of Economic Development Projects for the State of Oklahoma, as well as for Native American Tribes.
